Fast Service is a temporary work agency. Since 2005 it has been thriving and changing the Polish market for headhunter services. It also cooperates with very large international players.
The company recruits only qualified specialists mainly for manufacturing companies, their selection and employee leasing, and in many cases fully takes over and manages the entire logistics and production processes. In addition, it offers consultations in the field of labor organization and management, as well as a range of innovative solutions to manage the company and control its operations at every step.
The company works comprehensively – starting from the recruitment process, through the collection of all documentation to the accommodation of employees – especially foreigners included.
In addition, Fast Service is an Agency “for special tasks”. They often prevent downtime due to labor shortages in manufacturing companies.
Market Fit Campaign Objective
To acquire as many leads as possible in the conditions of a specific industry, where it is common that you can’t disclose which customers you are working with. This fact may have been a hindrance to the execution of the Campaign, as it is hard to talk about the successes achieved by a company when you can’t point to the orders in which they were achieved.
The Campaign was intended to test whether our method of reaching potential customers through cold-mailing would work well for the Temporary Employment Agency, and whether there were enough companies on the Polish market for the cooperation to continue.
Course of the Campaign
We prepared for the Campaign during the holiday period, the launch took place in early September.
During the Campaign, as AutomateMeUp, we wanted to check whether the persona that Fast Service had identified would be appropriate and whether it should not be expanded to include recruiters and HR Managers.
Thanks to the strategy we used in which, in one of the messages in the Campaign, we try to investigate whether we are targeting the right persona – we were able to pinpoint people in the companies of potential leads who are responsible for conversations with external companies. Ultimately, it was to these very people – who were not included in the Campaign – and Fast Service was able to initiate conversations with them, which translated into additional leads.
As part of the whole process, as AutomateMeUp, we also educated the client – specifically: how to draw the maximum when it comes to the number of leads using Cialdini’s simple persuasion techniques among which the most important was the rule of consistency.
Effect
Within a month we acquired a number of leads 50% higher than the result our clients usually get….
Fast Service operates in a specific industry where it meets with potential customers directly at their company’s premises. The number of meetings that our Campaign generated caused the client to have to put the launch of the next edition on hold, as the first goal was to meet with the acquired leads from the first Campaign – which took nearly 6 weeks.
The cooperation between AutomateMeUp, and Fast Service has been extended.
