Feed Octopus

 Feed Octopus is a Feed Marketing application based on Google Big Query and AI. This advanced system is designed to increase the sales profitability of a given site’s entire offering and optimize it already at the single product level.

With this tool you can

As AutomateMeUp, we were the first choice for Feed Octopus for external Pre-Sales Manager services. We were chosen because they appreciated the value we had already delivered in a previous collaboration Above all, the client wanted fast access to accurate data with a low rate of incorrect addresses. As a result, campaigns conducted with the support of Pre-Sales Manager always record a high percentage of read messages and acquired leads.

Constant contact with our pre-sales manager, who creates the Campaign content, manages the database and filters and optimizes the databases provided by the client, allows the client to focus on the actual goal of the campaign, i.e. sales.

Campaign Objective

The goal of this Campaign was to target communications to selected online store owners.

The Course of the Campaign

Early on, the client provided us with a database of e-commerce companies that he wants to connect with.

Our key task was to identify the decision-makers at these companies, and then to find and verify the email addresses – available to the public (and therefore to people who might expect to be contacted by other companies). It quickly became apparent that we were able to generate a sufficient number of records, but in the meantime assumptions changed.

We could not communicate with multiple representatives within a single organization, even if this involved time gaps in communication. The difficulty, therefore, was to meet the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the client, much higher than in the standard Campaigns we run, which pleases us, because attention to the quality of the databases has a positive impact on the results of each campaign.

Effect

We managed to obtain exactly one contact address per each company.

The client is extremely satisfied with the results, because with Market Fit Campaigns, they are relieved of the responsibility of designing Campaigns and don’t have to worry about knowing the tools for building databases, filtering records, personalizing messages or configuring mailings.

In addition, as part of the Market Fit service, the client tested the ability to activate its contacts on LinkedIn using our proprietary LeadMeUp application, as well as with the help of our Pre-sales manager.
