In this case study, we will talk about the progress of the Market-Fit Campaign Product and Service Survey for InteliWISE.

About the Company
InteliWISE holds a leading position in Poland as a provider of cloud-based Conversational AI services, including AI Chatbot and Voicebot. The company develops both cloud-based services and on-premise solutions that rely on artificial intelligence algorithms.
Their services are aimed at e-commerce, banks, insurers and online service providers. InteliWISE has won the trust of numerous large global clients, including Fortune 500 companies in the US.
They have implemented more than 200 proprietary solutions that have helped to increase revenue from online transactions, improve customer communication through multichannel, and reduce consumer service costs for their customers.


Campaign Objective
Intelliwise wanted to test our services as part of promoting a broad offering on the company’s core services and products
Due to the extensive offerings, InteliWISE decided to test our lead generation support considering primarily: AI Chatbot and AI Voicebot. The client decided to rely on our experience from the beginning as to how to communicate the values associated with its products.

The course of the Product and Service Research Campaign

For the first Campaign, we wanted to test outreach to potential customers as part of a broad offering, in other words, to see which product would prove more interesting to the target audience. This would allow us to narrow our efforts to a specific product.
In this way we put Intelliwise’s nerves to the test, the first month yielded negligible results in terms of leads, but provided us with the necessary knowledge to optimize activities in subsequent campaigns. . From the client’s perspective, we obtained only 1 lead, and, the recipients did not respond to our messages, and only 10% of them responded….
In the next campaign, we presented a different approach. We focused on promoting AI Chatbot and AI Voicebot separately, in separate Campaigns, in line with the practice we have used with other Clients This time, however, we were already equipped with the knowledge from the statistics of the previous campaign and the responses its respondents gave us.
As a result of these changes, the effects of the campaign improved immediately.
In the case of the AI Chatbot Campaign, the response rate rose to 29.3%, compared to 17% for AI Voicebot. The lead score, meanwhile, helped fill the salespeople’s schedule with appointments.
At one point, Intelliwise even asked us to pause the campaign due to the need to handle the leads already generated before generating new ones.


Effect of the Campaign


Currently (this article was written on 29/06/2023), another Campaign is underway, and the cooperation between AutomateMeUp, and InteliWISE has been extended.
The client is extremely satisfied with the results achieved and has recommended our company to its parent company.
After running two Campaigns, the number of outbound leads generated allows salespeople to focus on sales instead of lead generation, which is significantly helped by the work of our Pre-Sales Manager.
