SmartLunch
SmartLunch is a platform through which employees can order meals with employer subsidies. Thanks to cooperation with local restaurateurs, meals reach every corner of Poland. The tool functions as an employee benefit and allows easy, efficient planning and coordination of personalized catering for larger groups of employees in companies.
The application is available to every employee providing convenient functions – such as ordering, delivery and billing of meals.
Objective
To execute lead generation activity scenarios on Linkedin on behalf of SmartLunch, as well as to modify and personalize our proprietary LeadMeUp application in order to adapt the functionality to the tasks commissioned to us by the client.
Course
As AutomateMeUp, we partnered with the sales department of the SmartLunch brand and executed complex lead nurturing scenarios via LinkedIn, for more than 16 salespeople. As part of the service, we provided the client with a dedicated Pre Sales Manager to help execute the order scenarios and a dedicated technical supervisor to configure special/on-demand actions.
Effect
We started working with SmartLunch in June 2021 and have been working together, continuously, ever since. Thanks to the Campaign, among other things, the company regularly attracts 300 to 500 people per month who join online events as recipients.
