5Days is a low-code platform for developing business applications. The essence of the company’s activity is the implementation of dedicated applications that allow for easy and fast modeling of any business process. An additional direction of the company’s activities is the implementation of ready-made codes into already existing IT systems. As a result, low-code users can create processes and applications without costly assistance from programming experts.

LMU Campaign Objective

Launch cold-mailing campaigns and on LinkedIn to attract potential customers from among two specifically targeted groups. The first group was Human Resources Departments in large companies, as 5Days was already working with such companies. The second group was Polish software houses, because the company’s idea is low-code, which allows for a significant reduction in the time needed to prepare applications, reducing costs and human resources.

One of the main objectives of the LMU Campaign was to verify which target group would be more receptive to communication and initial discussions. The second goal, was to analyze the groups in terms of revenue, i.e. which group would generate more revenue.

Our activities lasted a quarter. During the cold-mailing, we showed that companies within the first target group, were more likely to make appointments. The first month of the campaign highlighted beyond a shadow of a doubt, the fact that corporations expected concrete, ready-made solutions, instead of tailor-made applications. Since, 5Days offers its own low-code platform, the second target group, i.e., software houses, turned out to be a much better choice. One of the biggest benefits of using low-code solutions – is that the same code snippets can be used in different projects, which significantly reduces the amount of repetitive work in preparing almost any application, and reduces costs.

The effect of

Simultaneous messaging in emails and on LinkedIn over a period of 3 months provided 5days with the information necessary to decide on the right target audience. In addition, we learned what the target groups’ expectations of the product were.The campaign was successful. We managed to exceed the number of leads set in the quarter by 18%. The client made 4 offers to software houses, one of which has already turned into a contract.
