We declare in writing, on the order form, that we will provide you with a minimum number of leads during our cooperation period: either within a quarter or a half-year. If we fail to do so, we will work for you for another quarter without charge, unless we achieve the required minimum result before that.
In our regulations you can find the following statement: “Lead” shall mean a person who expresses the desire to contact the Client with the intention of discussing the purchase of the client’s services or products. These will be the following cases:
- direct response: “let’s schedule a call on…”,
- direct response: “yes” to the question whether a video call is possible – our PreSales Manager will suggest how to respond further to arrange a meeting using Cialdini’s methods, A MEETING DATE MUST BE SET,
- indirect response: “we need to talk about this with…” but the person answering as a superior, in the message content or in dw, gives the email address of that person. Our PreSales Manager will then notify how to respond to reach the meeting. The person indicated as competent to speak MUST EXPRESS THE DESIRE TO CONTACT, cannot answer that she is not interested in the conversation. “Lead” will not be: people who ask us for a sample offer, but do not express a desire to talk, unless they make a purchase after receiving the offer,
- people who ask for a portfolio (and nothing else),
- people who express a desire to contact in such a form: “please remind me in ____,”
- people who express a desire to contact, but it turns out that we have reached a competing company, which positions itself in the industry as our potential clients, unless we have an offer for the competition,
- people outside the target group eg. we write to IT companies producing software, and a company offering server components positions itself as an IT company instead of Computer Hardware, because it is also a distributor of someone’s software.
